Lawn Service

All your questions answered

How much does it cost?

Yards in our area start at $44.95 for each service visit. We do have to charge sales tax and occasionally need to charge more for yards that are larger or take more time.

What does service include?

Each service visit includes a nice job of mowing, edging, weedeating, and blowing everything clean. Also, we consider a few minutes of pulling or spraying weeds in the front flower beds as part of the maintenance as well.

What costs extra?

When a yard has extra tall grass or leaves that need bagging we simply charge by the bag for the additional labor and disposal cost. It’s $7.95 for every big bag that we get up and haul away. Our default is to bag leaves and debris if there is too much to nicely mulch back into the soil.

We’re happy to help with any other extras on request. For those we just charge by the hour at $75/hr or $115/hr for two guys working. Extras might include trimming hedges, pruning plants, additional weed pulling, minor tree trimming and planting plants.

We can also fertilize, top dress with compost, trim trees, install mulch or river rock, and do all kinds of other projects. Check out our landscaping page for ideas, or contact us for more info!

How does scheduling work?

In the growing season, we come every week or every two weeks depending on your preference or what the yard needs. We are quite punctual about our mowing days during the growing season (April-October) - unless weather pushes us back you can count on us coming on the same day each week. Rain delays have a cascading effect, so bad weather may affect our schedule for several days. If you need a schedule update just shoot us a quick text or email for up-to-date info.

How do I pay?

How does Auto-Pay work?

Invoices are created promptly and available on our secure billing website where you can log in and pay by bank transfer or credit card. We send a monthly emailed statement as a reminder to log in and pay the balance, or we can send you snail mail instead if you’re old fashioned that way : )

Auto-pay customers still get a monthly statement and have a chance to review their invoices. Then if no action is taken the bill is automatically paid on the due date, the 15th of each month.
